摘　　要：目的探讨分阶段治疗合并骨筋膜室综合征(ACS)的复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法收集2015-01—2018-07间接受分阶段治疗的25例合并ACS的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果患者均获12~18个月、平均13.6个月的随访。切口均甲级愈合,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3~8个月,平均4.5个月。膝关节功能优良率为88%。结论分阶段治疗合并ACS的复杂胫骨平台骨折,可同时兼顾两种损伤的治疗,并发症少,关节功能恢复好,疗效满意。Objective To explore the clinical outcome of staged management of complex tibia plateau with acute compartment syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with complex tibia plateau fractures complicated with ACS were collected and analyzed retrospectively.the results were as follows:the clinical data of 25 patients with complex tibia plateau fractures treated in stages from 2015 to 2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months,with an average of 13.6 months.All the incisions healed in grade A and all the fractures healed.The healing time was 3 to 8 months(mean 4.5 months).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function was 88%.Conclusion The treatment of complex tibia plateau fracture with ACS in stages can take into account the treatment of both kinds of injury at the same time.The complications are few,the joint function is recovered well,and the curative effect is satisfactory.
