外支架固定治疗严重多发伤合并肢体骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:就外支架固定治疗严重多发伤合并肢体骨折的效果进行分析与探讨.方法:就我院2016年3月-2018年8月期间收治的严重多发伤合并肢体骨折患者37例作为本次研究对象,给予其外支架固定治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者临床应用效果.结果:本次研究结果显示,34例患者(死亡3例)随访8-32个月,致死率3/37(8.11%),骨性愈合平均时间(4.5±1.03)个月;严重合并症发生率10.81%,骨折愈合率100.00%,无卧床并发症.结论:笔者在对本次研究结果进行统计后发现,在严重多发伤合并肢体骨折患者临床治疗中,采用外支架固定治疗,其效果十分显著,提高患者骨折愈合率,减少并发症,促进患者健康恢复.Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of external fixator in the treatment of severe multiple trauma combined with limb fracture.Methods:37 patients with severe multiple injuries and limb fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were treated with external fixator.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical effect of the observation group was observed.Result:The results showed that 34 patients(3 died)were followed up for 8-32 months,the mortality rate was 3/37(8.11%)and the average time of bone healing was(4.5+1.03)months.The incidence of severe complications was 10.81%,the rate of fracture healing was 100.00%,and there were no bedridden complications.Conclusion:After statistics of the results of this study,the author found that in the clinical treatment of patients with severe multiple injuries and limb fractures,external stent fixation had a very significant effect,which could improve the rate of fracture healing,reduce complications and promote the healthy recovery of patients.
