摘　　要：目的探讨联合质控方法在硬质灭菌盒使用管理中的应用.方法通过回顾性研究的方法进行研究,分别统计我院在成立手术器械灭菌质量控制小组前后半年内,出现的灭菌盒使用不良事件的发生例数及所产生的经济费用,以成立前为对照组,成立后为观察组.结果与对照组比较,观察组明显降低了灭菌盒变形例数、隔菌系统损坏例数及隔离系统滤纸更换例数,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),同时大大降低了医院医疗成本的支出.结论手术室联合消毒供应中心灭菌质量体系的建立,大大降低了灭菌盒使用不良事件的发生,保证了手术患者的医疗安全,提升了医院的医疗护理质量,减少了医患矛盾的发生,降低了医院医疗成本投入,具有良好的推广价值.Objective To explore the application of joint quality control method in the management of hard sterilization box.Methods Through retrospective study,the cases and economic costs of adverse events of sterilizing box used in our hospital within six months before and after the establishment of sterilization quality control group of surgical instruments were counted respectively.The control group was taken as the control group before the establishment and the observation group after the establishment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group significantly reduced the number of deformation cases of sterilization box,the number of isolated bacteria system damage cases and the number of filter paper replacement cases of the isolation system,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and greatly reduced the hospital medical costs.Conclusion The establishment of sterilization quality system of operating room joint disinfection supply center greatly reduces the occurrence of adverse events in the use of sterilization boxes,guarantees the medical safety of surgical patients,improves the quality of medical care in the hospital,reduces the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients,and reduces the medical cost input of the hospital,which is of good promotion value.
