摘　　要：目的通过加强幕上高血压脑出血早期手术的整体护理干预,有效改善预后.方法选取2013年1月至2017年12月收治的幕上高血压脑出血早期手术患者118例.对118例高血压脑出血早期手术患者,采用整体护理干预.分析患者的护理效果.结果118例患者中生存95例,生存率80.51%,出院改良Rankin评分(MRS)平均(3.77±1.74)分,恢复良好26例,良好率22.03%.围术期应激性溃疡19例,肺内感染31例,颅内感染8例,新发房颤3例,心衰7例.结论高血压脑出血早期手术的整体护理干预能有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者预后,提高患者的生活质量.Objective By strengthening the whole nursing intervention in the early operation of supratentorial hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the prognosis of patients can be effectively improved.Methods From January 2013 to December 2017,118 patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing early operation were selected.Whole nursing intervention was earned out in 118 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent early operation.The nursing effect of patients were analyzed.Results Among the 118 patients,95 patients survived,with a survival rate of 80.51%,the Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score(3.77±1.74)points,26 patients recovered well,with a good rate of 22.03%,19 patients with perioperative stress ulcer,31 patients with intrapulmonary infection,8 patients with intracranial infection,3 patients with new atrial fibrillation,and 7 patients with heart failure.Conclusions Whole nursing intervention in early operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the prognosis of patients,lift the quality of life of patients.
