摘  要:为深入了解滚动轴承烧伤机制,采用滚动轴承试验机模拟圆柱滚子轴承烧伤,并通过聚焦离子束扫描电子显微镜、轮廓仪、金相显微镜及显微硬度仪对烧伤轴承滚子和内圈进行分析。结果表明:圆柱滚子轴承发生打滑蹭伤后,主轴转速继续增大,轴承会发生烧伤;烧伤轴承滚子和内圈磨损严重,且呈大小不等的剥落坑和微裂纹,打滑蹭伤造成的烧伤层是二次淬火层。For further understanding burning damage mechanism of rolling bearing,the rolling bearing tester is used to simulate burning damage of cylindrical roller bearing.The roller and inner ring of burnt bearing are analyzed by using focused ion beam-scanning electron microscope,profilometer,metallographic microscope and microhardness instrument.The results show that after skidding for cylindrical roller bearing,the rotational speed of spindle continues to increase,and the bearing is burnt;the roller and inner ring of burnt bearing are worn seriously,and there are spalling pits and microcracks with different sizes.The burnt layer caused by skidding is secondary quenching layer.
