新版金属材料常用硬度试验方法标准的解读

摘　　要：2018年修订发布的GB/T 230.1—2018《金属材料洛氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》和GB/T 231.1—2018《金属材料布氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》与旧标准相比有较大变化。GB/T 230.1—2018与2009版之间的主要变化有:修改了钢球压头的使用范围和HRA,HRB的适用范围,修改了初试验力F 0、主试验力F 1的保持时间和两相邻压痕中心之间的距离等。GB/T 231.1—2018与2009版之间的主要变化有:增加了“试验前应按照附录B核查硬度计的状态”和“如果压痕直径超出了上述区间,应在试验报告中注明压痕直径与压头直径的比值d/D”的要求,增加了硬度结果的修约要求等。本文就主要修改内容进行了归纳和解读。The GB/T 230.1-2018“metallic materials-Rockwell hardness test-part 1:test method”and GB/T 231.1-2018“metallic materials-Brinell hardness test-part 1:test method”revised and published in 2018 have great change compared with the 2009 versions.The main changes of GB/T 230.1-2018 are as follows:revising use scope of steel ball indenter and applicable scope of HRA and HRB,correcting retention time of initial test force F 0 and main test force F 1 and distance between two adjacent indentation centers.The main changes of GB/T 231.1-2018 are as follows:adding“the state of hardness tester shall be checked in accordance with appendix B before test”,“if the indentation diameter lies outside these limits,the ratio of indentation diameter to indenter diameter(d/D)shall be stated in test report”and requirement for revision of hardness results.The main amendments are summarized and interpreted.
