摘  要:三相突然短路试验是同步电机动态参数辨识最常用的方法,但对于大型同步电机而言,由于突然短路过程的电流非常大,给电机系统造成损伤的风险较大,且试验及保护系统十分复杂。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于直流阶跃电压试验的同步电机动态参数辨识方法。首先,推导基于直流阶跃电压试验的参数解析表达式,建立参数与电流响应的关系;然后,针对实测电流响应波形的噪声问题,提出一种改进的小波阈值去噪方法,从含噪信号中提取出真实的电流响应信号;最后,利用第二代非支配排序演化算法(NSGAⅡ)多目标优化算法对电流响应信号进行时域拟合,得到了电流响应的解析表达式,进而推算得到同步电机d、q轴的稳态与动态参数。通过对一台376MV·A同步电机的样机进行动模试验,验证所提出的参数辨识方法的有效性和准确性。直流阶跃电压试验可以实现d、q轴参数的独立辨识,该方法试验设备少,简单易行,安全可靠。Three-phase sudden short-circuit test is the most commonly used method for dynamic parameters identification of synchronous machine. However, when it comes to large-scale synchronous machine, since the transient current caused by sudden short-circuit test is large, it may cause irreversible damage to the machine, meanwhile, its test and protection system is very complicated. To deal with the above problems, this paper proposes a novel dynamic parameters identification method for synchronous machines based on DC step voltage test. First, the analytical expressions of dynamic parameters were deduced based on the DC step voltage test’s principle, and the relationship between parameters and current responses was also established. Then, aiming at the noise problem of measured current responses, an improved wavelet threshold denoising method is proposed to extract the real current response signal from the noisy signal. Finally, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms II(NSGAⅡ) was used to fit the current response signals in time domain to get the analytical expressions of the current responses, furthermore, the steady and dynamic parameters of the d and q axes were derived. The proposed parameters identification method was verified using the test results of a dynamic simulation test prototype of a 376 MV·A synchronous machine. The DC step voltage test can realize the independent identification of the d and q axes parameters, it requires few test equipment and is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
