摘  要:为提高CO2气体断路器动态介质恢复强度,首先提出采用串联晶闸管与限流电阻串联的电流转移提升其动态介质恢复强度的方法,建立基于电流转移的CO2气体断路器开断仿真模型,仿真结果证明了增加电流转移可在一定程度上提高其动态介质恢复强度。然后搭建基于电流转移的CO2气体断路器动态介质恢复特性实验平台,实验研究了有/无电流转移、不同转移电阻、不同提前过零时间等条件下其动态介质恢复强度及增益效果。研究结果表明:CO2气体断路器动态介质恢复强度随提前过零时间增加逐渐增大;提前过零1.2ms时CO2气体断路器在电流过零后1ms其耐压水平已达20kV以上,为无转移时的2倍以上,已满足一定绝缘要求;选取200~250m?转移电阻为"最优"转移电阻,可实现CO2气体断路器"最优"动态介质恢复强度。实验结果可为大容量CO2气体断路器研制奠定基础。In order to improve the dynamic dielectric recovery strength(DDRS)of the CO2 gas circuit breaker(GCB), The current commutation method which consists of serial thyristors and currentlimiting resistors is proposed to connect with the CO2 GCB. The simulation model of the CO2 GCB based on current commutation is established and the simulation results indicate that the current commutation method can enhance the DDRS of the CO2 GCB. The test platform of the GCB is set up in order to investigate the DDRS. The influence of the current commutation method, different current-limiting resistors and different zero-current duration on the DDRS of the CO2 GCB is researched. The test results indicate that the DDRS of the CO2 GCB increases as the zero-current duration increases.The breakdown voltage is above 20 kV after the main current zero when the zero-current duration is 1.2 ms so that the DDRS with the above current commutation is much twice than that without current commutation. The best DDRS can be achieved by adjusting the current-limiting resistor from 200 m? to 250 m?. The paper supplies the base for the application of the CO2 GCB.
