摘　　要：在实际施工过程中,引起调价的因素有许多种,从工程量偏差着手,在阐述综合单价调整原则的基础上,对综合单价的计算方法进行详细解析,考虑到实际可能发生的各种情况对计算公式进行补充修正,并通过工程实例进行分析,使公式便于理解和记忆,保证合同价款动态调价的准确性和合理性。In the actual construction process,there are many factors causing price adjustment.Starting from quantity deviation,on the basis of elaborating the adjustment principle of comprehensive unit price,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the calculation method of comprehensive unit price.Considering the actual possible situations,the calculation formula is supplemented and revised,and it is carried out through an engineering example.The analysis makes the formula easy to understand and remember,and ensures the accuracy and rationality of the dynamic price adjustment of the contract price.
