摘　　要：雄安新区创新驱动和创新城市的高端定位,决定了必须培育和建设富有吸引力的创新环境。程序员是创新驱动的微观主体,众创空间是创新驱动的有效载体,教育是创新驱动发展的基石。因此,从程序员、众创空间和教育特区三个维度,探讨以创新人才为本、以众创空间为载体、以教育为基础,构建雄安新区具有吸引力和凝聚力的创新环境,使创新者有意愿、有机会、有能力发挥才智,从而实现人才价值、创新产业和城市生态的有机融合与互动,引领创新驱动发展,提升核心竞争力。The high-end positioning of innovation-driven and innovative cities in Xiong’an New Area determines the need to nurture and build an attractive and innovative environment. Programmers are the innovative micro-subjects. The space of public innovation is the effective carrier of innovation, and education is the cornerstone of innovation-driven development. Therefore, from the three dimensions of programmers, public innovation space and special educational zone, the paper discusses the innovative and talent-oriented, innovation space as carrier and education as basis to build an attractive and cohesive innovation environment in Xiong’an New Area, to make innovators have the will, the opportunity, and the ability to develop their talents, and to realize the organic integration and interaction of talent value, innovation industry and urban ecology, leading innovative development and enhance core competitiveness.
