摘  要:通过静电纺丝技术制备了聚氨酯纳米纤维层以及聚氨酯/聚己二酰己二胺纳米纤维层,针对两种不同材质组成的纳米纤维层作为防水透气层进行分析,研究了其抗拉强度、压痕力、透气性、透水性等。结果表明:静电纺丝时间越长,其抗拉强度、压痕力以及防酸能力越强,同时透气性不断下降;聚氨酯/聚己二酰己二胺纳米纤维层的压痕力以及强度明显小于聚氨酯纳米纤维层;虽然聚氨酯/聚己二酰己二胺纳米纤维层透气性高于聚氨酯纳米纤维层,但由于其透湿性非常低,因此透气性仍然不高。Polyurethane and polyurethane/polyexamethylene adipamide nanofiber layers were prepared via electrospinning respectively.These nanofiber layers were used as waterproof and permeable layers,whose tensile strength,indentation force,permeability and water permeability were observed.The results show that the longer the electrospinning time is,the stronger the tensile strength,indentation strength and acid resistance of the layers are,and the lower the air permeability is.The indentation strength and strength of polyurethane/of the layers nanofiber layer are significantly lower than those of polyurethane nanofiber layer.The air permeability of polyurethane/polyexamethylene adipamide nanofiber layer is higher than that of polyurethane nanofiber layer,while its air permeability is not high due to its low moisture permeability.
