摘 要:将两类聚氨酯(即发泡聚氨酯、编织聚氨酯)分别与锦氨纶、莱卡棉、蚕丝氨纶组合,进行性能测试并对实验结果进行统计。结果表明:与其他面料复合后,聚氨酯的保温率得到了有效提升。其中,发泡聚氨酯的提升程度为8%~10%;编织聚氨酯的提升程度较弱,为3%~5%。通过数据分析,得出了不同面料、夹心之间的保暖性与透气性的关系。Two kinds of polyurethane(foamed polyurethane and woven polyurethane)were combined with polyamide,Lycra cotton and silk spandex respectively to test their properties and the experimental results were analyzed statistically.The results show that the heat preservation rate of polyurethane is effectively improved by compounding with other fabrics.Among them,the heat preservation rate of foaming polyurethane is improved from 8%to 10%,while that of woven polyurethane is 3%to 5%.The relationship of thermal insulation and air permeability between different fabrics and sandwiches is determined through data analysis.
