摘  要:研究了高熔体流动速率薄壁注塑专用聚丙烯1040TE的结构与性能,并与市场同类产品进行对比。结果表明:两个批次的1040TE各项性能接近,产品质量稳定性好,满足市场应用需求。1040TE含有少量的乙烯,具有较好的抗热氧老化添加剂配方。与市场同类产品相比,1040TE的玻璃化转变温度低3.5~3.9℃,冲击强度高20%以上,雾度和熔融温度较低,抗热氧老化性能较好,熔体流动速率适宜,这些性能对于薄壁注塑加工与制品性能都是有利的。其他性能与市场同类产品基本相当。The structure and properties of two batches of high-melting and thin-walled injection molded polypropylene 1040TE were characterized and compared with similar products on the market.The results show that the similar properties and stable qualities of these two batches of 1040TE meet the requirements of the market.Compared to the similar products on the market,1040TE contains a tiny amount of ethylene and thermooxidative aging resistant agents.The glass transition temperature of the products are lower than that of similar products from 3.5 to 3.9℃,while whose impact strength is higher by 20%.The haze and melting temperature of the products are low,the melt flow rate is suitable,representing excellent thermo-oxidative aging resistance.These properties are beneficial to the processing and product performance of thin wall injection molding.Other performances of the products are similar to those of peer brands in the market.
