摘 要:本文基于投入产出模型,利用扩展的列昂惕夫逆矩阵计算全国、京津冀地区、长三角地区和珠三角地区技术进步对总产出增长的贡献率,并在此基础上计算技术进步对产业结构调整的贡献率,解释了由技术进步给区域产业总产出带来变化的原因,以及技术进步对产业结构调整的波及效应。结果表明:三个区域的三大产业的技术进步对总产出贡献率基本大于全国平均水平,京津冀地区和长三角地区第二产业技术进步对总产值增长的贡献率最大,贡献率第二大的是第三产业;对于珠三角地区,技术进步对第三产业总产值提升的贡献率最大,其次是第二产业;三大产业的技术进步效应主要来自其自身。Based on the input-output model,this paper uses the extended Leontief inverse matrix to calculate the contribution rate of technological progress to total output growth across the country,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pearl River Delta region.The contribution rate of computational technology advancement to industrial restructuring has explained the reasons for the changes brought about by technological progress to the total output of regional industries,and the ripple effect of technological advances on industrial restructuring.The results show that the contribution rate of technological progress to total output of the three major industries in the three regions is basically greater than the national average.The technological progress of the secondary industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region has the largest contribution rate to the growth of total output value.The second largest is the tertiary industry;for the Pearl River Delta region,technological progress has contributed the most to the increase in the tertiary industry’s total output value,followed by the secondary industry;the technological advancement effects of the three major industries are mainly from itself.
