摘 要:为了评价免疫途径对绵羊支原体肺炎灭活疫苗安全性和免疫效果的影响,将该疫苗分别于颈部皮下和肌肉各接种205只绵羊,对全身性反应和注射局部进行安全性观察,并于免疫当天和免疫后第21天各采集50只绵羊血分离血清,用绵羊肺炎支原体ELISA试剂盒检测血清抗体阳转率和抗体水平。结果,皮下注射组(19.5%)与肌肉注射组(17.6%)全身性不良反应均较高,差异不显著;但皮下注射组(36.6%)的局部不良反应显著高于肌肉注射组(2.4%);肌肉注射组抗体阳转率(89.8%)和平均D450值升高水平(免疫后比免疫前升高0.89)均显著高于皮下注射组(77.1%,0.45)。上述结果表明,肌肉注射绵羊支原体肺炎灭活疫苗的安全性和免疫效果优于皮下注射。To evaluate the effect of inoculation routes on the safety and immune efficacy of a Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae bacterin,a group of 205 sheep were inoculated with the bacterin subcutaneously and another group of 205 sheep were performed intramuscularly,respectively.Systemic adverse reactions(SAR)and local adverse reactions(LAR)of injection sites were monitored and recorded,meanwhile the antibody levels of 100 sheep were determined by a M.ovipneumoniae specific ELISA assay and seroconversion rates on day 21 post-infection(dpi)were calculated.The results showed that 19.5%of subcutaneous group had SAR,and so did 17.6%of intramuscular group.For the numbers of sheep which showed LAR,the subcutaneous group(36.6%)were significantly more than the intramuscular group(2.4%).The seroconversion rates(89.8%)and antibody level changes(the difference of D450 value is 0.89)of the intramuscular group are both significantly higher than the subcutaneous group(77.1%,D450 value difference is 0.49).In conclusion,sheep vaccinated intramuscularly with the Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae bacterin is safer and more efficient than those vaccinated subcutaneously.
