摘 要:建立了汽车干式离合器的有限元模型,将从动盘总成和压盘作为整体进行有限元分析。考虑压盘与摩擦片之间的滑动摩擦以及摩擦产生的热效应。计算出持续滑磨工况下压盘摩擦面的热流密度,利用有限元软件求解出压盘摩擦面的温度场及热变形,并进行复模态分析。预测了持续滑磨工况时,不同热变形下的离合器滑磨噪声频率及频率变化趋势。将仿真的滑磨噪声频率与实测噪声频率进行了对比。结果表明:考虑热变形的仿真结果更接近于实测结果。压盘热变形增大,噪声频率降低。可为汽车干式离合器的优化设计提供一定的参考。The finite element model of the automotive dry clutch consisted of the clutch driven plate assembly and the pressure plate was built.The heat flux of the friction surface of the pressure plate was derived in the continuous slipping condition.The temperature field and the thermal deformation of the friction surface of the pressure plate was simulated based on the finite element model.And the complex modal analysis of the automotive dry clutch was performed considering the sliding friction and the corresponding thermal deformation by friction between the pressure plate and the friction plate.The propensity of the sliding noise of the automotive dry clutch with different thermal deformation was obtained and compared with the data of the road test.It is shown that taking the thermal deformation of the pressure plate into accounting,the simulation result on the sliding noise of the automotive dry clutch is more closer to the data of the test.And the frequency of the sliding noise of the automotive dry clutch is decreased with the increasing of the thermal deformation of the pressure plate.This result can be a reference for the optimum design of the automotive dry clutch.
