摘 要:动力刀架在进行换刀动作时,其主轴会受到冲击扭矩,传统的基于稳态受力分析的动力刀架主轴可靠性设计没有将主轴急停瞬间的冲击载荷考虑在内。运用应变能理论建立考虑急停冲击载荷的动力刀架主轴的可靠性分析模型,在此基础上利用一次二阶矩法和摄动法求出动力刀架主轴的强度、刚度的可靠性指标,并运用O.Ditlevsen理论求得动力刀架主轴的强度、刚度联合可靠度。算例结果表明,基于传统稳态受力模型得出的动力刀架主轴可靠度明显偏大,安全性偏低。而基于急停冲击载荷的动力刀架可靠性设计安全性较高。During the tool change operation of power turret,its principal spindle will withstand the impact torque,the reliability design of the principal spindle of the power turret based on the traditional model does not take the instantaneous impact load into consideration.Using the strain energy theory,the reliability analysis model of the principal spindle of the power turret is established.On this basis,the reliability index of the strength and stiffness of the principal spindle of the power turret is obtained using the first-order second-moment method and the perturbation method.The joint reliability of strength and stiffness of the principal spindle of the power turret is calculated using O.Ditlevsen theory.Numerical results show that,the reliability of the principal spindle of the power turret based on the traditional model is significantly high,so it may lead to an unsafe design of the principal spindle.The safety of the reliability design of the power turret principal spindle based on the impact load is high.
