摘 要:对钛合金板表面层进行了涂锌处理,该涂锌过程分为两个阶段:首先,在具有高浓度氯化锌的盐溶液中浸蚀;然后,在具有其他氯化锌浓度的盐溶液中涂锌。并研究了涂锌层试样、清除氧化皮试样和无涂锌层试样的钛合金板坯的表面磨损寿命,结果确定镀锌层建立了零件表面和基体间的极大正梯度,改善了摩擦条件,而且在零件表面涂锌层增加不均匀性的方法可以提高涂层与基体间的附着力,从而保证了极限拉深剧烈变形过程的实现。具有涂锌层的试样的极限拉深平均深度比无涂锌层高20%~30%,增加了钛合金板材拉深深度,省去了深拉深件的中间多次退火、清理工序。因此,为自动化连续生产创造了条件,提高了生产效率,优化了生产环境。The surface layer of titanium alloy sheet was galvanized.The galvanizing process was divided into two stages.Firstly,it was etched in a salt solution with the high concentration of zinc chloride,and then the zinc was coated in a salt solution with the other concentration of zinc chloride.And,the surface wear lives of titanium alloy sheet for galvanized layer sample,descaling sample and ungalvanized layer sample were investigated respectively,and the galvanized layer was determined to establish the maximum positive gradient between the surface of part and the matrix,and improve the friction condition.Furthermore,the adhesion between the coating and the matrix was improved by adding non-uniformity to the galvanized layer on the surface of part,and the extreme deformation process of the limit drawing was realized.The results show that the average depth of limit drawing for the galvanized layer sample is 20%-30%higher than that of the ungalvanized layer sample,which increases the drawing height of titanium alloy sheet and eliminates many times of annealing and cleaning procedures in the intermediate process for deep drawing part.Therefore,the automatic continuous production is realized to improve the production efficiency and optimize the production environment.
