摘 要:为了使6位数字移相电路的性能指标与尺寸等满足相控阵天线射频前端的需求,设计了一款适用于卫通大S相控阵天线的6位移相电路,此电路由6个相移单元级联得到,小相位与大相位分别采用加载线单元与开关线单元实现。采用高介电常数的四层板进行版图设计,体积比已有的S波段数字移相器尺寸小2.5倍左右。通过ADS(advanced design system)软伯对移相单元建模与优化,最后得出:在1.995~2.185 GHz频段里,中心频点处相移差低于±0.6°,插损低于1.35 d B,驻波比优于1.45,尺寸达到24 mm×16 mm。仿真数据显示,此研究达到大S天线阵列进行波束扫描的移相器的要求。In order to meet the requirements of the phased array antenna RF front end,the performance index and size of the six-digit phase shifting circuit were designed.A six-phase phase circuit suitable for Weitong large S phased array antenna was designed.The shifting unit was cascaded,and the small phase and the large phase were realized by the load line unit and the switch line unit,respectively.The four-layer board with high dielectric constant was used for layout design,and the volume was about 2.5 times smaller than that of the existing S-band digital phase shifter.The phase shifting unit was modeled and optimized by advanced design system(ADS).The results show that in the 1.995~2.185 GHz frequency band,the phase shift difference at the center frequency is less than±0.6°,the insertion loss is lower than 1.35 d B,and the standing wave ratio is better than 1.45.The size is up to24 mm×16 mm.The simulation data shows that this study meets the requirements of a phase shifter for beam scanning of large S antenna arrays.
