摘  要:为解决汽车在行驶过程中的制动参数难以获取问题,基于硬件检测单元以及Lab VIEW虚拟仪器开发了汽车制动参数采集与监测系统,系统中的硬件部分由全球定位系统(global position system,GPS)导航模块、制定参数检测装置构成,基于Lab VIEW开发的软件部分由数据采集端、服务器以及客户端三部分构成,基于传输控制协议(transmission control protocal,TCP)网络通信协议将车辆在行驶过程中的位置信息、运行速度、制动行为数据以及车辆纵向减速度数据进行实时采集、存储、远程监控以及在线分析。实车试验结果表明,系统具有便于编程和操作、成本低廉、扩展性强、安全可靠的特点。该系统可实现汽车在行驶过程中的制动参数的数据采集与远程监控,为相关方面的研究提供数据支持。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to obtain the braking parameters in the driving process,a vehicle braking parameter acquisition and monitoring system was developed based on the hardware detection unit and LabVIEW virtual instrument.The hardware part of the system was composed of GPS navigation module.The part of software based on LabVIEW was composed of three parts:data acquisition end,server and client.Based on TCP/IP network communication technology,the position information and running speed of the vehicle in the driving process were real-time coleccted,storaged,remote monitored and on-line analyzed.The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of easy programming and operation,low cost,strong expansibility,safe and reliable.The system can realize the data acquisition and remote monitoring of the braking parameters in the driving process,and can provide data support for the related research.
