丽江地区云南红豆杉幼苗生长特征及紫杉醇含量变化研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究云南红豆杉的生长发育特征及紫杉醇含量的年变化。[方法]在丽江地区,以同基质露地栽培的方式对一批同源、同龄的云南红豆杉幼苗开展户外试验,对其生长特征及紫杉醇含量的年变化进行分析。[结果]云南红豆杉幼苗高生长的旺盛期是5-8月;幼苗存在偏冠现象;幼苗紫杉醇含量在6-7月达到最高。[结论]该研究为云南红豆杉的苗期管理、适应策略、资源保护、产业化等提供了参考。[Objective]The aim of this study was to study the growth and development characteristics of Taxus yunnanensis and the annual change of taxol content. [Method]Lijiang area was selected for the field experiment. The annual change of growth character and taxol content of the same provenance,age and substrate of seedlings of T. yunnanensis were studied,which were cultured in the open. [Result]The prosperity period of height growth of the seedlings of T. yunnanensis was May to August. There was the excentric crown phenomenon on the seedlings of T. yunnanensis. The maximum taxol content of the seedlings of T. yunnanensis appeared during June to July. [Conclusion]This study provided reference for seedling management,adaptation strategy,resource protection and industrialization of T. yunnanensis.
