摘 要:为研究套筒结构对汽轮机高压旁路阀节流特性影响机理,利用SST湍流模型对阀门内流道进行数值模拟,对比迷宫弯折型、条形孔型和圆柱直孔型3种套筒结构与同一套筒不同盘片对阀门节流特性影响。结果表明:3种套筒结构中迷宫弯折型套筒对阀门内汽流的降压、降速能力最强,其引起汽流滞止量最少,进入套筒内流道汽流碰撞损失最少;套筒各盘片的节流特性不同,越靠近套筒上方的盘片对汽流降压能力越强,越靠近套筒下方的盘片对汽流降速能力越强;阀门开度不同时同一盘片对阀门的节流特性影响也不同,但相对来说影响较小。In order to study the mechanism of the influence of the sleeve structure on the throttling characteristics of the high pressure bypass valve of the steam turbine,this paper uses the SST turbulence model to carry out numerical simulation analysis of the internal flow passage of the valve,and the mechanism is analyzed by comparing the effects of three kinds of sleeve structures of labyrinth bending type,strip type and cylindrical straight type and different discs of the same sleeve on the throttling characteristics of the valve.The results are as follows.Firstly,the labyrinth-type sleeve in the three sleeve structures has the strongest depressurization and deceleration ability for the steam flow in the valve,and because it causes the least amount of steam stagnation,the steam flow collision damage to the sleeve is minimized.Secondly,the throttling characteristics of the various discs of the sleeve are different;the closer to the disc above the sleeve,the stronger the ability to reduce the steam flow pressure,and the closer to the disc below the sleeve,the stronger the ability to slow down the steam flow.Thirdly,the same disc has different effect on the throttling characteristics for the valve at different valve opening degrees,but the effect is relatively weak.
