摘 要:一台额定出力为130 t/h的生物质直燃联合炉排炉,实际运行中最高负荷只达115 t/h。采用了运行方式调整和设备状态评估的方法对锅炉出力不足原因进行逐步剖析。试验分析表明:布袋除尘器阻力占烟气系统全压降达51%,过度消耗的引风机压头,使引风机实际最大能头无法满足锅炉在额定出力运行时维持正常负压的要求,是该炉排炉负荷未达额定出力的根本原因;引风机出力不足是次要原因,而生物质燃烧不良则是衍生问题。As the conditions of a 130 t/h biofuel-fired combined grate get worse,it loses the capability of running at the rated load.The operation tuning and equipment status evaluation are performed to analyze the causes in depth.The gas restriction of gas filters accounts for 51% of that of the whole air and gas system,and consumes too much energy of the induce fans.As a result,the true maximum energy head cannot meet the requirement of the rated output of boiler.The exorbitant gas resistance of bag filters is the root cause of the output deficiency of the combined grate,and the secondary cause lies on the inability of IDF.The bad combustion performance of biomass is a derivative problem.
