摘  要:曳引轮作为电梯曳引系统主要部件,在电梯长期运行过程中,其轮槽面与钢丝绳反复摩擦将导致磨损。轮槽磨损将使曳引轮节圆减小,一方面改变轮槽开口角度和下部切口角度,从而改变当量摩擦系数,另一方面也将影响到钢丝绳在曳引轮上的包角。上述尺寸变化将改变电梯曳引能力,影响电梯在不同工况下的曳引条件。本文主要从曳引系统几何尺寸的角度,采用理论分析和实例计算研究了曳引轮轮槽磨损对轮槽特征尺寸、钢丝绳包角和曳引系数的影响。在此基础上,进一步分析了电梯在不同工况下不能满足曳引条件的原因。The traction sheave is the main component of the elevator traction system.During the long-term operation of the elevator,the repeated friction between the wheel groove surface and the wire rope will cause wear.The traction sheave circle will be reduced.On the one hand,and the slot opening angle and the lower-cutting angle will be changed with the process of wheel groove wear.Thereby the equivalent friction coefficient will be changed.On the other hand,the wrap angle of the wire rope on the traction sheave will also be affected.With the above dimensional changes,the elevator traction capacity will be changed and the traction conditions under different elevator working conditions will be affected.In this paper,mainly from the perspective of the traction system geometry,the effects of traction wheel groove wear on the feature size of the groove,the wire wrap angle and the traction coefficient were studied by theoretical analysis and example calculation.On this basis,the reasons for the failure of the elevator to meet the traction conditions under different working conditions are further analyzed.
