摘  要:高层及超高层建筑的热压作用会引发建筑"烟囱效应"。在室内外温差较大地区,电梯门会因电梯井道"烟囱效应"造成难以关闭的问题,影响电梯的正常使用。本文以电梯井道"烟囱效应"形成原因和影响因素作为切入点,提出解决电梯井道"烟囱效应"的多种措施。其中可控力矩门机系统可有效降低电梯井道"烟囱效应"的影响。最后,建立可控力矩门机系统的数学模型,通过simulink电力电子仿真软件分析该系统的可行性。The hot pressing effect of high-rise and super-tall buildings can lead to the "chimney effect" of buildings.In areas with large indoor and outdoor temperature differences,the elevator door will be difficult to close due to the "chimney effect" of the elevator shaft,which will affect the normal use of the elevator.This paper starts from the formation cause and influencing factors of the "chimney effect" of the elevator shaft,,proposes various measures to solve the "chimney effect" of the elevator shaft.The controllable torque door machine system can effectively reduce the influence of the "chimney effect" of the elevator shaft among them.Finally,the mathematical model of the controllable torque gate system is established.The feasibility of the system is analyzed by simulink power electronic simulation software.
