摘　　要：本文对一起电梯定期检验中发现的电梯层门副门锁存在的故障隐患进行原因分析,认为电梯保养调整不到位、结构设计问题、制造材料差异和缺少型式试验方面的保障是导致故障隐患的几个重要因素。对比几种类似结构的副门锁的安全性能,从维保、检验、制造等方面给出建议。This paper analyzes the cause of a hidden trouble of the auxiliary door lock of elevator landing door discovered in a periodic inspection.It is considered that the improper adjustment of elevator maintenance,structural design problems,manufacturing material differences and lack of type testing protection are several important factors that cause hidden trouble.The safety performance of several similar structure auxiliary door locks is compared.Some suggestions are given from the aspects of maintenance,inspection and manufacturing.
