摘　　要：使用单位对锅炉清洗后出现鼓包现象,通过现场检查、水样分析后进行了事故分析。事故原因是锅炉更换给水,更换后的给水水质较差,也没有相应的水处理予以配套,使用单位自行对锅炉进行清洗,清洗后大量水垢堆积在锅筒底部及集箱底部未清除,运行后产生鼓包。对此提出了建议措施,避免类似事故再次发生。The drum phenomenon occurs after the boiler is cleaned by the user,and the accident analysis is carried out after on-site inspection and water sample analysis.The reason for the accident is that the water quality of the replaced feed water is poor,and there is no corresponding water treatment to be matched.The user cleans the boiler by himself.After cleaning,a large amount of scale accumulates at the bottom of the drum and header,which has not been cleared,resulting in bulging after operation.Suggestions and measures are put forward to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
