山西省大学生篮球联赛开展现状与发展研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,探讨了山西省大学生篮球联赛目前存在的问题,给出了山西省大学生篮球联赛的发展建议。山西省大学生篮球联赛应从山西省实际情况出发,建立一套科学可行的人才选拔与培养制度,为运动队提供优秀的后备人才,提高联赛整体竞技水平,并建立和形成一套科学的符合山西省的竞赛体制与方法。在运动员训练方面,要重视训练与文化学习的合理安排;训练要有针对性,针对球队每个球员的身体技术条件制定完善的训练内容。在学校政策方面,应保障篮球运动项目经费的投入,提供良好的训练环境,并重视篮球队建设,提高学校运动队的训练及竞技水平,为山西省大学生篮球联赛提供更多的优秀人才。By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper discusses the existing problems of shanxi university student basketball league,and puts forward some Suggestions for the development of shanxi university student basketball league. The college basketball league of Shanxi Province should set up a scientific and feasible talent selection and training system,provide excellent reserve talents for sports teams,improve the overall competitive level of the league,and establish and form a scientific competition system and method in line with Shanxi Province. In athlete training,we should pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of training and cultural learning. Training should be targeted,according to the team every player’s physical and technical conditions to develop perfect training content. In terms of school policy,it is necessary to ensure the investment of basketball project funds,provide a good training environment,attach importance to the construction of the basketball team,improve the training and competition level of the school sports team,and provide more outstanding talents for shanxi university basketball league.
