摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,随着糖尿病发病率的升高,其发生率呈上升趋势。如何有效防治糖尿病周围神经病变,是一个值得重视的课题,在国家大力倡导发展传统医学的今天,糖尿病周围神经病变的中医治疗方案同样是值得广大中医生探索的方向,本文主要通过对糖尿病周围神经病变现代医学病理机制的认识,以及基于此的中医病机分析,进而提出中医治疗方案,供大家一起探讨,以期引起大家的共鸣。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes.With the increase of the incidence of diabetes,the incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is also on the rise.How to effectively prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a considerable subject.Nowadays,with the development of traditional medicine strongly advocated by the state,the TCM treatment plan of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is also the direction worthy of exploration by the majority of TCM doctors.Based on the understanding of modern medical pathologic mechanism of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and the analysis of the pathogenesis of TCM,this paper puts forward the TCM treatment plan for us to discuss together,hoping to arouse everyone's resonance.
