摘  要:对灰铸铁刹车盘铸件产生浇口残留的原因和原有的自动断口工艺进行了分析。根据分析出的原因,采用砂芯凸台与模具金属修补剂凸台配合的新自动断口工艺方法,解决了内浇口残留问题。新型自动断口工艺已经量产了55个型号累计15万件产品,完全消除了内浇口冲砂缺陷,平均成品率提高了约2%,断口效果达到了设计要求。The reason why runner remained in gray cast iron brake disc casting and original auto-fracture process were analyzed.The auto-fracture process was re-designed on the basis of the analysis.55 types of products,a total of 150,000 pieces,were produced with the use of newly designed auto-fracture process,and,as a result,sand cut of flow gate was completely eliminated,percentage of the qualified products increased by about 2%,and the fracture effectiveness conformed with the requirements.
