腰椎正骨手法联合舒筋活血方治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究腰椎正骨手法联合舒筋活血方治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年10月在我院住院接受治疗的气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出患者60例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分入试验组及对照组,每组30例;试验组予腰椎正骨手法联合舒筋活血方治疗,对照组单纯给予中医正骨法治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科学会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分以及血浆β-内啡肽水平。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分及血浆β-内啡肽水平均显著降低,试验组VAS评分及血浆β-内啡肽水平显著低于对照组;治疗后两组JOA评分显著提高,试验组JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:腰椎正骨手法联合舒筋活血方治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,较单纯应用正骨手法能更快的缓解患者痛苦,改善患者生活质量。Objective: To explorer the efficacy of lumbar bone-setting manipulation plus the Shujin Huoxue decoction(舒筋活血方) on LDH of the Qizhi Xueyu type(气滞血瘀型). Methods: All patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The experiment group was treated with lumbar bone-setting manipulation plus the Shujin Huoxue decoction. The control group was treated with lumbar bone-setting manipulation. The VAS scores, JOA scores and plasma β-endorphin level were compared before and after treatment. Results: The VAS score and plasma β-endorphin level were significantly lower after treatment, and the VAS scores in the experimental group and The level of plasma β-endorphin was significantly lower than that of the control group;the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the JOA score of the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Llumbar bone-setting manipulation plus the Shujin Huoxue decoction was effective on LDH of the Qizhi Xueyu type, compared with the simple application of the orthopedic technique, it can relieve the patient’s pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
