滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将我院90例先兆流产患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组、实验组各45例,对照组患者予以黄体酮注射液,观察组加以滋肾育胎丸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前、治疗2周后血清激素[孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,β-HCG)]水平变化。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者血清P、β-HCG均较治疗前升高,E2均较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),实验组血清P水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两组E2、β-HCG水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产可有助于缓解症状,改善机体相关激素水平,较单纯黄体酮注射治疗效果更佳。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Yutai Wan(滋肾育胎丸) plus progesterone injection on threatened abortion. Methods: 90 patients with threatened abortion in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group by 45 patients. The control group received progesterone injection;and the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai Wan. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and serum hormones [P, E2, β-.HCG)] level changes were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). After two weeks of treatment, the serum P and β-HCG levels in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and E2 was lower than before treatment(P<0.05), the serum P level in the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of E2 and β-HCG between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Zishen Yutai Wan combined with progesterone injection can help relieve symptoms and improve the body-related hormone levels, which shows better effects than pure progesterone injection.
