穴位按摩配合中药贴敷治疗阑尾炎术后腹胀的护理疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析穴位按摩配合中药贴敷对阑尾炎术后腹胀的临床护理疗效。方法:取2017年10月-2018年9月我院收治的阑尾炎术后腹胀患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施术后常规腹部按摩手段,研究组给予穴位按摩配合中药贴敷护理疗法。评价两组患者护理后不同时间段(1 h、3 h、6 h及24 h)的腹胀程度评分及24 h的缓解有效率;观察记录两组患者护理后肠胀气消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间。结果:护理后1 h、3 h、6 h、24 h研究组腹胀程度评分明显低于对照组,且在护理后3 h、6 h及24 h研究组腹胀程度评分较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);在护理24 h后研究组腹胀缓解有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组有效率(70.00%)(χ^2=7.855, P<0.05)。研究组肠功能恢复时间,即肠胀气消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:穴位按摩和中药贴敷护理手段可有效缓解阑尾炎术后腹胀,显著地促进了机体肠道蠕动与肠道动力,缩短了肠道功能恢复时间,促进了患者术后恢复。Objective: To analyze the clinical nursing effect of acupoint massage plus TCM compress on ventosity after appendectomy. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The patients in the control group underwent routine abdominal massage, and the study group was given acupoint massage plus TCM compress. Results: The scores of abdominal distension in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 h, 3 h, 6 h and 24 h after treatment(P<0.05). After 24 hours of nursing, the efficiency in the study group was 96.67%, was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(χ^2=7.855, P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel function in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint massage plus TCM compress on ventosity after appendectomy was effective, significantly promote the intestinal peristalsis and intestinal motility, shorten the recovery time of the intestinal function, and promote the recovery.
