中国自由贸易试验区与跨境电商“双试点”的联动效应探析——以广西“双试点”为例

摘　　要：在当前中国实行了自由贸易试验区与跨境电商“双试点”及在以中国为枢纽的世界经济“双环流”的背景下,文章以广西的探索为例,结合“异质社区效应”模型,系统分析“双试点”通过网络效应和联动效应推动价值链的创新引领和多极化,为中国经济的转型升级提供新的路径。同时,随着中国多渠道融入世界经济并在全球价值链国际分工中承担更加重要的角色,实现中国制造业在全球价值链中地位和附加值收入的提升,中国开放的“双试点”应突出和强化中国的贸易优势,积极推动世界经济“双环流”生态圈的拓展与良性循环。At present,most provinces,autonomous regions and province-level municipalities directly under the Central Government in China have implemented pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)and pilot Crossborder e-commerce.Under the background of China's function of"double circulation"in world economy and from the perspective of heterogenous community effect,this paper,by taking Guangxi as a case,makes a systematic analysis on the network effect and coupling effect of double pilot projects,which leads to multipolar innovation leadership of value chain and provide new paths for China to transform and upgrade its economy.Meanwhile,China integrates its economy into the world in multichannel and shoulders a more important role in international division of labor of global value chain.In the process of raising the status of China's manufacturing in global value chain and its value-added earnings,China's double pilot projects should give priority to the advantage of its trade and push forward the expansion and virtuous circle of"double circulation"of world economy.
