摘　　要：围绕开发一种既有天然纤维织物的舒适、亲肤、无静电特性,又有合成纤维织物的不变形、不易皱、易打理性能的衬衣面料,对不同纤维进行了选择对比,确定了干法细旦腈纶和天丝的最佳组合,优化了纺丝、染色等生产工艺,成功开发出一种性能极佳的“新型先进衬衣面料”。Based on the development of a kind of shirt fabric with comfort,skin friendly and non-static characteristics of natural fiber fabric,and the non deformation,non wrinkle and easy care properties of synthetic fiber fabric,the selection and comparison of different fibers were carried out,the best combination of dry fine denier acrylic fiber and Tencel was determined,and the production process of spinning and dyeing was optimized.Finally,an excellent performance shirt fabric was developed.“New advanced shirt fabric”.
