摘  要:为确保消防员的作业安全,设计研究符合消防服阻燃性能的消防工作服,根据GA 10-2014消防员灭火战斗服行业标准对外层织物的要求,本研究探讨了芳纶1313、芳纶1414长丝包芯纱和赛络菲尔纱4种织物的阻燃性能。经直观分析法得出,织物间阻燃性能、缩水率、表面抗湿性能、热稳定性能和耐洗色牢度等性能相差不大。芳纶1313复合纱织物的耐光色牢度好于芳纶1414。相同长丝种类下,纱线结构对织物性能的影响不明显。In order to ensure the safety of firefighters,design fire-fighting overalls for the fire-retardant performance of composite fire-fighting suits.According to GA10-2014 firefighter fire-fighting suits industry standards for outer fabrics,the article studied aramid 1313,aramid 1414 filament cores The flame retardant properties of the four kinds of fabrics,namely,yarn and sirofil yarn,were analyzed by visual analysis.The properties of flame retardant,shrinkage,surface moisture resistance,thermal stability and wash fastness were not much different.The light fastness of aramid 1313 composite yarn fabric is better than that of aramid 1414.Under the same filament type,the effect of the yarn structure on the fabric properties is not obvious.
