观察小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿实施临床中医护理路径的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿实施临床中医护理路径的效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年10月于我院儿科收治的600例肺炎喘嗽患儿,采取随机抽样的方式将患儿分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组则采取中医护理路径模式。观察两组患儿的住院时间以及家属的满意度差异。结果:观察组患儿住院时间明显低于对照组(P <0.05),且家属满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中医护理路径在小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿中的应用能够缩短患儿的住院时间,从而提高家属的满意度。Objective: To analyze the effect of implementing clinical Chinese medicine nursing pathway in children with pneumonia and asthma. Methods: A total of 600 children with pneumonia and asthma who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received the routine nursing mode, while the observation group received the Chinese medicine nursing path mode. The hospitalization time of the two groups of children and the difference in family satisfaction were observed. Results: The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the family satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing route in children with pneumonia and asthma could shorten the hospitalization time of children and improve family satisfaction.
