中药外敷治疗小儿静脉穿刺损伤炎症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究考察中药巴布剂对小儿静脉炎和皮下瘀血血肿等静脉穿刺损伤的临床疗效。方法:静脉穿刺损伤发生小儿静脉炎125例,静脉穿刺损伤发生皮下瘀血血肿患儿157例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,设立临床观察指标,对观察数据进行统计学处理。结果:静脉穿刺损伤静脉炎治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为85.2%,治疗组优于对照组(χ^2=3.79,P=0.002,P<0.05)。皮下瘀血血肿治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,治疗组优于对照组(χ^2=4.28,P=0.002,P <0.05)。结论:中药巴布剂治疗小儿静脉炎和皮下瘀血血肿等静脉穿刺损伤,疗效确定。Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Cataplasma herbal medicine on venous puncture hematoma and phlebitis in children. Methods: 125 cases of pediatric phlebitis and 157 cases of subcutaneous hematoma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Clinical observation indexes were set up and the observation data were statistically processed. Results: The total effective rate of venous puncture injury phlebitis treatment group was 96.9% while that of the control group was 85.2%. The treatment group was superior to the control group(χ^2 =3.79, P=0.002, P<0.05). The total effective rate of the subcutaneous hematoma treatment group was 100%, the total effective rate of the control group was 90%. The treatment group was superior to the control group(χ^2=4.28,P= 0.002, P<0.05). Conclusions: Cataplasma has definite curative effect on venipuncture injury such as pediatric phlebitis and subcutaneous blood stasis hematoma.
