护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量的影响分析。方法:将2014年11月-2017年11月在我院血液透析室行血透治疗的50例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施护理安全管理,比较两组患者的护理不良事件发生率、护理质量、医护人员满意评分。结果:观察组脱针、透析中出血、导管感染、跌倒、设备故障等不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理质量评分、医生满意评分、护士满意评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:护理安全管理对血液透析室护理质量有重要影响,能有效规避护理不安全因素,降低护理不良事件发生率,提升整体护理质量和医护人员满意度,确保患者的血透疗效及安全,具有积极的临床意义。Objective: To explore the efficacy analysis of nursing safety management on the nursing quality of hemodialysis room. Methods: 50 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in the hemodialysis room of our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing safety management. The incidence of adverse events, nursing quality and satisfaction scores of medical staff in the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of adverse events, such as needle removal, bleeding during dialysis, catheter infection, falls, equipment failure, etc., in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Nursing quality score, doctor satisfaction score and nurse satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing safety management had an important impact on the nursing quality of hemodialysis room. It could effectively avoid the unsafe factors of nursing, reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, improve the overall nursing quality and medical staff satisfaction, and ensure the hemodialysis efficacy and safety of patients, which had positive clinical significance.
