摘  要:输油管道在国民经济体系中起着不可或缺的作用,被称为国民经济的高速公路。但从投产到运行阶段,导致管道失效的原因中有60~70%是由于腐蚀结垢造成,其中外腐蚀占主要因素。针对某输油管道进行漏磁检测,对腐蚀的特点进行了分析,随后应用了常规补强和碳纤维补强技术进行腐蚀修复,应用后管道完整性得到了提升,失效率大大降低,可在其他输油管道外腐蚀严重的情况下推广应用。oil pipeline plays an indispensable role in the national economic system,which is called the national economic highway.However,from commissioning to operation stage,60-70% of the pipeline failure is caused by corrosion and scaling,among which external corrosion is the main factor.For some pipeline magnetic flux leakage testing,analyze the characteristics and causes of corrosion,then the application of conventional reinforcement and repair,carbon fiber reinforcement technology of corrosion was improved after application of pipeline integrity and failure rate is greatly reduced,but in the case of other pipeline corrosion serious popularization and application.
