摘  要:为了解决PBT工程塑料(聚酯)行业在线黏度仪表稳定性差、易受热损坏,只能测量动力黏度,无法直观检测特性黏度控制指标的问题,开发出1套在线黏度测量系统,对一次仪表元器件增加冷却设施进行降温增寿,通过模拟物料加热试验,测算介质温度、动力黏度、特性黏度数据之关系,推算出之间的关联换算公式,并将其输入到DCS集散控制系统中,以满足工艺人员对黏度指标的实时控制。首次采用本黏度测量系统后,一次表在仪表风冷却下电气元件腔温度稳定保持在允许范围不发热,实现了DCS实时显示,满足了工艺人员实时调整控制需求.从实际应用来看,该系统是科学、实用、可靠的。In order to solve the problems of poor stability,easy to be damaged by heat,only dynamic viscosity can be measured,and the control index of intrinsic viscosity can not be detected directly in PBT engineering plastics(polyester)industry,an on-line viscosity measurement system is developed to reduce the temperature and increase the life of the cooling facilities for the primary instrument components.Through the simulated material heating test,the medium temperature and power are measured According to the relationship between viscosity and intrinsic viscosity data,the correlation conversion formula is calculated and input into DCS distributed control system to meet the real-time control of viscosity index by process personnel.After the viscosity measurement system is used for the first time,the temperature of the electrical element cavity of the primary meter is kept in the allowable range without heating under the instrument air cooling,realizing the real-time display of DCS,meeting the real-time adjustment and control needs of the process personnel.From the practical application,the system is scientific,practical and reliable.
