东北地区制造业与生产性服务业嵌入关系研究

摘　　要：在中国制造2025及振兴东北老工业基地背景下,通过对东北三省投入产出表的测算分析生产性服务业与制造业之间的发展现状与嵌入关系。研究表明,东北三省产业发展具有一定的共通性:产业结构一致,制造业为支柱性产业,增值能力最强但内置化问题突出;生产性服务业增值能力相对较弱,但发展空间大,具备"高附加值"特征;东北三省均处于制造业驱动阶段,制造业的拉动作用强于生产性服务业的拉动作用。同时,东北三省在产业发展及嵌入融合程度上存在差异:辽宁省生产性服务业与制造业发展平稳,嵌入关系相对较强且较为稳定,制造业有初步受生产性服务业推动趋势;吉林省制造业发展较迅速,生产性服务业发展有下降趋势,两产业间互动发展较为迅速;黑龙江省制造业与生产性服务业近年来实现了一定程度的增长,但相比于吉林省、辽宁省实力较差,其产业间关联最弱并略有减弱的趋势。Under the background of Made in China 2025 and revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China,the present situation and the embedded relationship between producer services and manufacturing industries are analyzed through the calculation of the input-output tables of the three northeastern provinces.The research shows that the industrial development of the three northeastern provinces has certain commonalities.The industrial structure is identical,the manufacturing industry is the pillar industry with the strongest value-added ability,but the problem of built-in is prominent.The producer service industry has relatively weak value-added capacity,but it has a large space for development and the characteristics of"higher added value".The economy in the three northeastern provinces is in the stage of driving by manufacturing industry,and the pulling role of manufacturing industry is stronger than that of producer services industry.But there are differences in the degree of industrial development and embedding integration among the three northeastern provinces.The development of producer services and manufacturing industries in Liaoning Province is stable,the embedded relationship is relatively strong and stable,and the manufacturing industry has a preliminary trend driven by producer services.The manufacturing industry in Jilin Province has developed rapidly,the development of producer services industry has declined,and the interaction between the two industries has developed rapidly.In recent years,the manufacturing industry and productive service industry in Heilongjiang Province have achieved a certain degree of growth,but compared with Jilin Province and Liaoning Province,their strength is poor,and their inter-industry linkages are the weakest and have a slightly weakening trend.
