摘 要:为提高活塞杆的生产效率与加工精度,根据活塞杆加工技术要求自行设计研发了活塞杆加工一体机。动力头作为一体机的核心部位,其性能的好坏将直接影响到一体机的加工精度与整机性能。详细介绍了动力头的设计过程并运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对动力头主轴进行静动态特性研究。在分析过程中阐述了涉及到的关键技术和要点,并根据实际工况下的分析结果,计算出主轴强度、刚度以及固有频率均满足设计要求,验证了设计的合理性,保证了动力头的加工精度,为后续进行一体机整机动静态特性分析与优化奠定了基础。In order to improve the production efficiency and machining accuracy of piston rod,the author designed and developed an integrated machine for the piston rod according to the technical requirements of piston rod machining.As the core part of the integrated machine,the performance of the power head will directly affect the processing accuracy and the performance of the machine.This article introduces the design process of power head in detail and studies the static and dynamic characteristics of the main shaft of power head by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.In the process of analysis,the key technologies and key points involved are elaborated in detail.Based on the analysis results under actual working conditions,the strength,stiffness and natural frequency of the spindle are calculated to meet the design requirements.The results show that the design is reasonable,which ensures the machining accuracy of the power head and lays a foundation for the subsequent analysis and optimization of the static characteristics of the integral machine.
