摘  要:汗证为临床常见病证,张怀亮教授系国家中管局第五批名老中医专家学术经验继承指导老师,临证擅用经方论治杂症。张怀亮认为汗证临床辨证应分虚实两端,虚以阴虚、气虚、阳虚、阴阳两虚、营卫失调为主,实则辨痰、湿热、瘀八种,本文以临证病例为纲,介绍吾师论治汗证八法,阐述汗证的辨证论治思路,从虚论治五法包括:滋阴清热、补脾益卫、补阳固表、滋阴补阳、调和营卫;从实论治包括:清热祛痰、分利湿热、活血化瘀三法。张怀亮教授治疗汗证思路独特、经验丰富,临证具有重要的指导意义,值得效法。Hyperhidrosis is a common clinical disease.Professor ZHANG Huailiang is the fifth batch of instructor of the State Administration of China to inherit and pass on the experiences of veteran Chinese medicine experts.He is good at treating miscellaneous diseases by using classical prescriptions.Professor ZHANG believes that the clinical syndrome differentiation of hyperhidrosis can be divided into deficiency and excess.Deficiency syndrome includes Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,deficiency of Yin and Yang,as well as imbalance of Ying and Wei.In terms of excess syndrome,it can be classified into phlegm,dampness-heat and blood stasis.Based on clinical cases,this paper introduced eight treating methods for hyperhidrosis and elaborated the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperhidrosis.Five methods for deficiency syndrome include nourishing Yin and clearing heat,nourishing Spleen and replenishing Wei,reinforcing Yang and strengthening superficial resistance of the body,nourishing Yin and replenishing Yang,harmonizing Ying and Wei.Three methods for excess syndrome include clearing heat and expelling phlegm,clearing dampness and heat,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Professor ZHANG Huailiang has unique thinking and rich experience in the treatment of hyperhidrosis,which has important guiding significance and is worth emulating.
