摘　　要：脑卒中吞咽障碍是脑卒中后影响日常生活能力最重要的功能障碍,是卒中后常见且严重的症状之一。针对吞咽各期功能障碍,现代康复提倡多种康复手段综合作用,实现吞咽功能重建。中医康复在吞咽障碍康复领域具有广泛应用前景,其疗效亦被广大医务工作者及患者接受。Stroke dysphagia is the most important dysfunction affecting daily living ability after stroke,and it’s also one of the common and serious symptoms after stroke.Modern rehabilitation advocates a combination of multiple rehabilitation methods to achieve swallowing function reconstruction.TCM rehabilitation has broad application prospects in the field of dysphagia rehabilitation,and its efficacy has been accepted by medical workers and patients.
