摘　　要：As part of Cambria Sinophone World Series,headed by Victor Mair(University of Permsylvania),Chinese Avant-Garde Fiction:Quest for Historicity and Transcendent Truth examines works by Su Tong,Yu Hua and Ge Fei,three key writers in a significant trend that emerged in the Chinese literary world around 1985,flourished in the late 1980s and early 1990s before it faded away after the mid-1990s.
