摘　　要：战略性新兴产业作为转变经济增长方式,推动经济结构转型,实现经济高质量发展的重要战略,得到了国家和地方政府的高度重视。在实施战略性新兴产业过程中,需要解决金融支持的有效性问题。因此,在分析了江西省金融支持战略性新兴产业发展的基础上,借鉴国际经验和启示,提出发挥政府资金的支持作用,设立战略性新兴产业投资引导基金;吸引金融机构资金、风险投资与民间资本投入,创新建立二板市场;建立多元金融支持体系,匹配战略性新兴产业发展全周期的发展途径。Has attached great importance to the strategic emerging industries as an important strategy to change the mode of economic growth,promote the transformation of economic structure and realize the high quality development of economy.In the process of implementing strategic emerging industries,it is necessary to solve the problem of the effectiveness of financial support.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the development of financial support strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province,and drawing lessons from international experience and enlightenment,this paper puts forward to give full play to the supporting role of government funds and set up strategic emerging industry investment guidance funds;attract financial institution funds,venture capital and private capital investment,innovate to establish the second board market;establish a pluralistic financial support system to match the development path of the whole cycle of strategic emerging industries.
