摘　　要：对于国际工程中工程变更的处理,国内外却存在较大的认知差异。以FIDIC条款为基础,结合笔者的国际工程管理经验,介绍国际工程中工程变更的分类,并通过工程案例分析承包商主动提出的变更及其处理结果,以期加深我国承包商对国际工程的认知。In international engineering,processing of variation have a great difference with our country.Based on the FIDIC conditions and the author’s international engineering experience,this paper intrudes classifies of variation in international engineering,and analyzes variation which proposed by contractor and their processing results through the cases of practice,in order to let contractors of China have a further cognition for variation of international engineering.
