中药熏洗坐浴治疗产后痔急性发作时疼痛及水肿的效果观察  

Observation on the Effect of Chinese Medicine Fuming-wash Sitz Bath in the Treatment of Acute Intraictal Pain and Edema of Postpartum Hemorrhoids

摘　　要：为观察中药熏洗坐浴治疗产后痔急性发作时疼痛及水肿的效果,将产后痔急性发作患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者排便后采用中药汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组患者采用1∶5 000PP液坐浴治疗,观察2组患者临床疗效、肛门疼痛及水肿等情况。结果显示,治疗后观察组总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛评分和水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,中药熏洗坐浴能有效减轻产后痔患者疼痛及水肿情况,疗效显著,值得推广应用。In order to observe the effect of Chinese medicine fuming-wash sitz bath in the treatment of acute intraictal pain and edema of postpartum hemorrhoids(PH),90 patients with acute episode of PH were randomly divided into the observation group(n =45,treated with Chinese medicine fuming-wash sitz bath after defecation)and the control group(n =45,treated with 1∶5 000 PPsitz bath),the clinical curative effect,anal pain and edema in 2 groups were observed.As results,in the total effective rate after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(95.56%vs 71.11%,P<0.05),in the pain score and edema score after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05).The results show that Chinese medicine fuming-wash sitz bath can effectively relieve the pain and edema of the patients with PH,it has obvious curative effect,and is worthy of popularization and application.
