摘 要:探讨RTM成型工艺在三明治型复合板材加工中的应用效果。以高强低伸工业涤纶为原料设计加工间隔机织物,并在织物空腔中填充聚氨酯泡沫制成复合材料预制件,通过RTM复合工艺设计、加工成三明治型机织物增强复合板材。最后对成型板材进行弯曲、压缩等物理性能测试,并与手糊成型板材做对比分析。结果表明:RTM复合工艺更有利于树脂的渗透与均匀分布,能够使树脂、增强材料以及聚氨酯泡沫三者结合承载。认为:基于RTM加工而成的复合板材抗弯曲及抗压能力均优于手糊成型板材。The application effect of RTM forming process in the manufacture of sandwich composite panel was discussed.The industrial polyester with higher strength&lower elongation was used as the raw material to design woven spacer fabric.Polyurethane foam was filled in the fabric cavity to prepare the preformed unit for the composite materials.Through RTM composite process design,sandwich woven reinforced composite panel was produced.In the end,the physical properties of the formed panel like bending,compressing and so on were tested and compared&analyzed with hand lay-up panel.The test results showed that RTM composite process was beneficial to the penetration and uniform distribution of resins.It helped the combination and carrying of resin,reinforcing material and polyurethane foam.It is considered that the bending and anti-pressure ability of the composite panel based on RTM manufacture are better than those of hand lay-up molding panel.
